Cogniscribe Psychology was founded in September 2025 by Youssef Nakhla, PsyD, a licensed psychologist (CA PSY 36042). The practice provides psychological assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults.
Cogniscribe provides evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and diagnostic clarification, as well as pre-surgical psychological evaluations for procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and bariatric surgery.
